J.R. Dunster

Earthenware Cowboy Plate - underglazes painted on a
red lowfire clay.
L-R: Mid-range stoneware bowl, Earthenware Cup (of Yosemite's
Half Dome), mid-range stoneware cup.
J.R.
Dunster's pottery is formed on the potter's wheel, in both stoneware
and earthenware clays. She makes bowls, plates, mugs, cups and
vases. She only uses food-safe glazes on her pottery.
All her pottery is OK for the dishwasher, and her stoneware pottery
is also microwave-safe.
One
of her favorite series of pottery is her "leaf pottery".
She also has fun making fun "Cowboy Mugs", and Yosemite and
Nature-inspired pottery. (You can visit her Mindspring Pottery
page to see more examples, her domain site, Bearclover.net,
or, the pottery site she shares with her sister, Greenverdugo.com.)
